After listing we received multiple competitive offers and were able to select the best one that also aligned to our timing requirements. Bill Balinger: Patrick Thornton helped us sell our house QUICKLY for FULL ASKING PRICE. Pat and his team with Celebration Homes marketed our house wonderfully. The pictures and virtual tour video were amazing! The Sure Sale Program helped to save us money, and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Pat (the Celebration sales agent) took to heart our every desire; like a dad would with his own kids. He really listened to my husband and me as we expressed what we wanted in our home. When we (both of us are creative types) had some unusual requests, he and Eric (the Superintendent) worked as a team without flinching. "We can do that," was their answer every time.
